This months trip to Bhutan has established new priorities for the charity going forward. Following the visit to the primary school in Meritismo it is clear that additional funds are needed to provide basic bedding for the 84 children, repair the leaking roof and build a play park. At present the children play in a heavily waterlogged field which attracts malarial mosquitos and is unsafe.
On the trip Emma donated laptops and sports equipment donated in Britain and basic equipment including a strimmer, kitchen mixer and books to the school.
